Highly recommended!

Miscellaneous At this site you can find acoustic music jam sessions in your area.

Guitar Foundation of America. The Guitar Foundation of America publishes the quarterly magazine “Soundboard”. The website has a great deal of information and links for classical guitarists. More guitar related stuff than most of us could possibly absorb in one lifetime. This is the website of Johanna Beekman, who doubles at being both an excellent singer/songwriter, and also my niece. She has recorded several CD’s, and I’m proud to say that I am on two them, The Edge of Divine and Heart Beats One. In this sample from The Edge of the Devine I am accompanying Johanna on a beautiful ballad called “If You Have a Moment”:

Kansas City Guitar Society. This is a great source for information on classical guitar events in the Kansas City area.

Michael Lucarelli. Michael is a fine guitarist from Salt Lake City, Utah. By the way, if you would like to hear some of the arrangements from “Beatles for Classical Guitar”, his CD, “Michael Lucarelli Play the Beatles” includes several of them.

Village Music Academy. Village Music Academy (formerly The Toon Shop) is one of the largest music teaching facilities in the Kansas City area. The academy includes over 40 teachers on just about every orchestra instrument, guitar (all styles), and piano. I teach at the academy three days per week.
